Outlining the major plot points and arranging them in chronological order. Figuring out characters, locations, tech and magic

Writing The Book
Sitting down at the keyboard and tippy tapping those keys until the storyline and character arcs are compete, and the target wordcount is achieved

Self Edit & Beta Reader Input
First pass edit to get rid of those pesky typos, nonsense sentences and confusing terms. Major revisions to be completed, then handed to beta readers for input

Professional Edit & Cover Design
Handing over the manuscript to someone whose job it is to make sure there are no plot holes or underdeveloped characters. Designing the final cover art
5
Publishing & Marketing
Uploading to Amazon KDP and marketing the hell out of it until enough people buy the book that it gets picked up by the dreaded algorithm
